1. General Policy

At Svarasattva, we are dedicated to providing the best learning experience. We understand that sometimes plans change. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued.

2. Trial Classes

We offer a free trial session to all new students to help them evaluate if the course matches their requirements before committing to a paid plan. Therefore, refunds are not typically provided once a paid enrollment is confirmed unless specific circumstances apply.

3. Cancellation and Refund Eligibility

If you have paid for a month of classes and decide to cancel before any classes have been attended in that billing cycle, you may be eligible for a full refund minus any applicable processing fees. If you have already attended one or more classes within the billing cycle, no refunds will be issued for that period.

4. Process for Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at hello@svarasattva.com with your enrollment details and the reason for your request. We will review your request and get back to you within 5-7 business days.
